<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Process Improvement & Project Support</p> <ul> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to manage and deliver assigned high-impact continuous improvement projects. </li><li>Map and document business processes to identify inefficiencies. </li><li>Recommend enhancements to policies, systems, and workflows to improve accuracy and cycle time. </li></ul> <p>Advanced Analytics & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Perform ad-hoc and recurring analyses using Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support leadership decisions. </li><li>Monitor KPIs and provide root cause analysis for variations from targets. </li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enhance visibility into business health. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the OpEx CI team. </li><li>Support system enhancements in Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Cyberplan by gathering requirements and testing solutions. </li><li>Provide training, documentation, and support for new process rollouts. </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Plan, facilitate, and manage continuous improvement initiatives using agile, lean, or six sigma methodologies, as appropriate. </li><li>Mentor junior analysts in data analysis and process mapping. </li><li>Other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field. </li><li>4-6 years of experience in process improvement and business analysis. </li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP and data systems (Oracle EBS, CPQ, Cyberplan, etc.). </li><li>Experience using data visualization tools and scripting for automation (Power BI, Power Query, Python, or SQL). </li><li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver actionable insights. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate findings and recommendations across functions through presentations or reports. </li><li>Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>5% or less </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.</p> <p>OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
