<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>As a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) Delivery team, you will lead development and improvement of core technical processes. This role will focus on accelerating entitlement on priority process improvements including inventory reduction, service quality, self-service and workflow efficiency.</p> <p>Key job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partnering with Field leaders and functional teams to identify, prioritize and drive development and improvement of technical and business processes for OTS Delivery. </li><li>Analyzing existing processes for opportunities to improve the cost, quality and execution of core IT support of the Amazon Stores operations. </li><li>Designing, deploying, iterating and scaling technical workflows. </li><li>Validating impact of process changes. </li><li>Communicating with partners and customers throughout the process development lifecycle. </li></ul> <p>A day in the life</p> <p>Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. OTS Delivery provides Program Deployment, Field Support, Tools Development and Central Services to the OTS organization.</p> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of technical product or program management experience </li><li>Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules </li><li>7+ years experience developing and improving technical processes in an operational environment. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition </li><li>Experience with workstation design and/or implementation. </li><li>Experience in Amazon Fulfillment Operations. </li><li>Experience with printer, scanner, cabling and other IT end user equipment. </li></ul> <p>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.</p> <p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
