Please see additional details below.</p> <p>Job Title: Senior Project Manager</p> <p>Location: 100% Remote</p> <p>Layout: Long-Term Contract</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible as end-to-end delivery, business process alignment, and financial oversight rather than hands-on technical development. </li><li>Play a key role in supporting ongoing SAP Vistex work and an upcoming SAP S/4 migration (Vistex V4) </li><li>Lead delivery of SAP Vistex initiatives, including supplier incentives, chargebacks, rebates, and customer credits </li><li>Manage post go-live and hyper-care activities, including daily status reporting, RAID log ownership, defect tracking, and issue prioritization </li><li>Partner closely with SAP, Vistex, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment </li><li>Own project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and milestones </li><li>Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reporting </li><li>Support and prepare for upcoming SAP S/4 migration work (Vistex V4) </li><li>Ensure business readiness through change coordination, training alignment, and operational preparedness </li><li>Drive accountability across matrixed teams without direct people management </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>7+ years of project management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong SAP and Vistex experience (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience managing Vistex processes including:</p> </li><li> <p>Chargebacks</p> </li><li> <p>Rebates</p> </li><li> <p>Supplier incentives</p> </li><li> <p>Customer credits</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience managing post go-live and hyper-care environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong financial, budgeting, and forecasting skills</p> </li><li> <p>PMP certification preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to ramp up quickly and operate with urgency</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>SAP S/4 migration experience </li><li>Experience working in large, matrixed organizations </li><li>Background supporting enterprise-scale SAP programs </li></ul> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
