<p>Logistics Coordinator</p> <p>The Logistics Coordinator was responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods from origin to destination. This role ensured timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of products by working closely with carriers, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams. This is a great opportunity located near Schaumburg, IL.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinated domestic and/or international shipments to ensure on-time delivery. </li><li>Scheduled pickups and deliveries with carriers and transportation providers. </li><li>Prepared and processed shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices. </li><li>Tracked shipments and proactively communicated status updates and delays to stakeholders. </li><li>Maintained accurate logistics and shipment records in internal systems. </li><li>Resolved shipping issues, discrepancies, and delivery exceptions. </li><li>Collaborated with warehouse, customer service, and supply chain teams to support daily operations. </li><li>Assisted with freight claims, returns, and inventory coordination as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination preferred. </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics or transportation management systems. </li></ul> <p>Job Details:</p> <ul> <li>Contract to Hire </li><li>100% onsite </li><li>Pay $22-$26 an hour depending on experience </li></ul> <p>If you are interested, please apply and submit your resume.</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
