Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The California Operations Manager (COM) supports sales operations by performing authorized administrative and transactional functions under the guidance and supervision of a licensed real estate broker. This role focuses on operational coordination, document workflow, scheduling, and compliance support. While unlicensed, COMs are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that requires a real estate license, including negotiation, solicitation, or discussions about pricing or financing.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Administrative & Operations Support</p> <p>Manage and approve associate timekeeping; assist with associate scheduling</p> <p>Meetings & Motivation:</p> <p>Conduct motivational meetings and support daily/recurring meeting logistics (agendas, attendance, materials)</p> <p>Goal Support:</p> <p>Provide administrative support for associate goal-setting activities (tracking inputs, updating dashboards, distributing materials)</p> <p>General Administration:</p> <p>Perform additional approved administrative duties as assigned by a licensed leader; maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies and guidelines at all times</p> <p>Collaboration:</p> <p>Partner with site leadership and training teams to coordinate logistics for initial and ongoing training (scheduling, materials, room setup), without delivering sales content</p> <p>Compliance & Recordkeeping</p> <p>Follow all directives of the supervising broker and adhere to company policies and applicable California real estate regulations</p> <p>Maintain accurate records, file management, and audit-ready documentation for all assigned transactions and administrative processes</p> <p>Transaction Support (under broker supervision)</p> <p>Document Preparation:</p> <p>Prepare and complete transaction-related documents and instruments, ensuring all final materials are reviewed and approved by the supervising broker before delivery to any principal or party</p> <p>Document Handling & Delivery:</p> <p>Deliver, mail, pick up, or coordinate delivery of transaction documents and obtain required signatures from principals or service providers</p> <p>Note: COMs may not explain, interpret, or discuss the content, meaning, or implications of any document</p> <p>Trust Funds Processing:</p> <p>Accept, record, and provide receipts for trust funds received from principals or parties to the transaction in accordance with policy</p> <p>Status Communication:</p> <p>Provide factual updates regarding the timing of reports, service completion, and delivery of transaction-related information</p> <p>Scheduling & Coordination:</p> <p>Schedule meetings between licensees and principals/parties to the transaction. When delegated by a broker-authorized licensee, arrange for third-party reports and services</p> <p>Boundaries & Prohibited Activities</p> <p>The COM role does not:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Negotiate or discuss pricing or financing options</p> </li><li> <p>Solicit participation in a specific transaction or product</p> </li><li> <p>Narrow a tour's decision-making toward pricing or ownership levels</p> </li><li> <p>Explain, interpret, or advise on the content or significance of any document</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct group sales presentations</p> </li><li> <p>Issue sales compliance related corrective actions or conduct performance evaluations for licensed sales associates</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <p>Travel not anticipated beyond home site</p> <p>Minimum Requirements and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Prior experience in sales operations leadership and/or a real-estate-adjacent leadership role</p> </li><li> <p>Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail; clear, professional</p> </li></ul> <p>communication; scheduling and coordination; comfort with document workflows and standard productivity tools.
