Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Beyond offering logistics jobs, we build careers and fuel the future of foodservice distribution.</p> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <p>All Associates:</p> <ul> <li>Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments </li><li>Listing up to 75lbs continuously </li><li>Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety </li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues </li><li>Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred </li></ul> <p>Schedule & Setting:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F) </li><li>Primarily a 5-day work week, with shift starts at 6AM (Monday - Friday) </li><li>· Cleaning all common areas, floors, walls, racking and other miscellaneous fixtures in all temp zones </li><li>Taking care of outside grounds around the building </li><li>Making sure all exit doors are free from debris and blockage </li><li>Cleaning loading docks </li><li>Must be able to work in the freezer and cooler </li><li>Must have MHE experience (EPJ, Stand-up forklift & Reach truck) </li><li>Must have floor scrubber experience </li><li>Safely operate bailer </li></ul> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$22.15/hour </li><li>Weekly pay (every Friday) </li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits on day 1 </li><li>401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more </li><li>Company-provided uniforms and work shoes </li></ul> <p>Share:</p> <p>Apply Now</p>
