Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Under general direction, the part-time Stadium Worker coordinates and executes event changeover, setup, and operations for the facility, and other duties as assigned.</p> <p>This role pays an hourly rate of $16.94</p> <p>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching</p> <p>This position will remain open until May 22, 2026.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for Event Changeovers; planning, coordinating, and executing. </li><li>Inspecting facility to ensure all event related tasks have been complete. </li><li>Partake in part-time operations for non-event tasks or projects, as required, including grounds keeping and general maintenance tasks. </li><li>Maintain clean conversion equipment and work areas, as well as perform inspections as needed. </li><li>Assist Operations and Event Staff with additional projects as required. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum High School Diploma, or Equivalent. </li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as in a team. </li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. </li><li>Working knowledge of the proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools related to job functions is preferred, but not required. </li><li>Familiar with terminology used in entertainment and convention settings. </li><li>Knowledge of customer service practices. </li><li>Ability to work off hours, nights, weekends, some holidays if necessary. </li><li>Ability to respectively kneel, crouch, reach, maneuvering stairs and lift heavy objects. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. </li><li>Ability to problem solve and think critically. </li></ul> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
