<p>Case Manager-Foster Care</p> <p>Salary: $43,500 - $48,500</p> <p>Do you enjoy helping children reach their full potential? If so, we want you to be our next case manager to provide services to foster parents, children, and youth.</p> <p>The Case Manager will act as a team member by:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conducting home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes.</p> </li><li> <p>Building relationships while using a strength-based approach with the families and children.</p> </li><li> <p>Partnering with referring agencies, schools, community resources, to serve the needs of families and children.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively responding to crises.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelors degree </li><li>If degree is a Bachelor's in Social Work than licensure is required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>At least one of the following: </li><li>3 years of supervised, paid casework experience </li><li>1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS </li><li>1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work </li></ul> <p>The Villages of Indiana offers a team-oriented environment for case managers, social workers, and other child, family, and social services professionals with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits package.</p> <p>The Villages is Indianas largest private non-profit provider of Child and Family services, including Foster Care.
