Performs minor building repair and construction, i.e., painting, plumbing, carpentry, and welding.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</p> <p>(65%) Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment</p> <ul> <li>Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions </li><li>Discuss machine operation variations with the supervisor or other team members to diagnose problems and repair machines </li><li>Install and repair electrical devices such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety and limit switches </li><li>Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment </li><li>Install, program, and troubleshoot automated machinery and Programmable Logic Controllers </li><li>Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) </li><li>Service and repair material handling equipment </li><li>Monitor the main electrical panel and troubleshoot as necessary </li><li>Repair/maintain boiler, water heater, water conditioning equipment, and water distribution systems </li><li>Listen to and timely resolve customer service complaints </li><li>Must wear and follow Domino's Pizza uniform standards </li></ul> <p>(15%) Assist in following established preventative maintenance guidelines</p> <ul> <li>Update logs as necessary </li><li>Report major problems to the supervisor </li></ul> <p>(20%) Follow procedures related to all safety and government guidelines</p> <ul> <li>Identify and document safety issues and report to the supervisor, develop a plan of action to resolve concerns, and following-up to ensure the problem is resolved </li><li>Monitor machines to ensure all levels are within EPA, OSHA, and other government guidelines </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, and/or Technical School Training </li><li>3-4 years related experience and/or licensed journeyman of a skilled trade </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams; interpret technical instruction and diagrams in English </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Must be able to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period </li><li>Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment with constant exposure to loud machinery </li><li>Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both indoors and outdoors </li><li>Ability to stand, climb, and walk on a continual basis throughout the shift </li><li>Ability to lift from floor to above the head, to carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Domino's offers:</p> <ul> <li>Paid Holidays and Vacation </li><li>Competitive pay </li><li>Positive work environment </li><li>Benefits on the first day of employment! </li><li>RRSP matching contributions?after 60 days of employment </li><li>15% off the purchase price of stock </li><li>Company bonus </li><li>Career growth! </li></ul>
