Duties are performed under direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, but some tasks are accomplished independently. This position assesses clients at start of treatment (reviews as needed), develops and maintains treatment plans, and conducts family collateral and discharge planning.</p> <p>Division/Program Overview:</p> <p>The Crisis Residential is a short-term voluntary residential facility designed to help adults aged 18 and older experiencing a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to the community.
