<p>Athletic Extern - PRN (As Needed) - Athletic Training Department</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Job Summary: Provide daily sports medicine assistance to the staff provider in helping patients within McLeod Sports Medicine and Athletic Training Departments.</p> <ul> <li>Assist the staff athletic trainer with physical examinations, medical documentation, and day to day operations of the athletic training facility. </li><li>Design rehabilitation plans for injured patients. </li><li>Assist with developing and implementing new policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule: PRN (As Needed)</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>College directional courses that address healthcare. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Degrees:</p> <p>High School/Ged</p> <p>Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses.
