<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Serves as an insurance Analyst III in the IRF-Tort Claims Department. Under limited supervision but within IRF standards, the examiner is responsible for handling medium and complex third-party casualty claims inclusive of coverage determination, investigation and resolution. A significant percentage of claims will be in suit and will require interaction with approved defense counsel, inclusive of attending mediation and trials.
