<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Portfolio Manager in Philadelphia, PA.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end portfolio management process, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking </li><li>Partner with business and IT stakeholders and PMs to align project investments with strategic goals </li><li>Facilitate governance processes, including steering committee meetings, gating reviews, and executive reporting </li><li>Monitor project health across the portfolio using KPIs, dashboards, and risk assessments </li><li>Create and deliver portfolio objectives aligned to corporate strategy </li><li>Coach project managers and Agile teams on best practices, delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall), and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in portfolio delivery through process optimization and tool integration </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and support RFP/RFI processes for large-scale initiatives* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field </li><li>10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in portfolio or program management roles </li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management </li><li>5+ years specifically in portfolio management, overseeing multiple concurrent projects across departments or business units </li><li>Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional portfolios in enterprise environments </li><li>Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level portfolios with budgets exceeding $10M-$50M </li><li>Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing cross-functional teams </li><li>Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis </li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills </li><li>PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred </li></ul>
