We foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Rehab Technician, you'll work closely with licensed therapists to deliver restorative care and support patients through their rehabilitation journey. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting with therapy treatments and exercises under therapist guidance </li><li>Safely transporting patients and preparing equipment </li><li>Supporting daily operations including cleaning, organizing, and restocking </li><li>Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members </li><li>Maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient confidentiality </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire) </li><li>Completion of Mandatory Reporter training (within 3 months of hire) </li><li>A compassionate, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Make a Meaningful Impact</p> <p>Whether you're helping a child take their first steps again or supporting an older adult in regaining independence, your work matters.
