You drive it.</p> <p>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>As a Cook at PHL , you are essential in delivering the exceptional OTG guest experience. Your responsibilities include preparing food to precise temperature, portion , and plating specifications while maintaining a clean and sanitized work area. A successful Cook I enjoys working with others and is motivated to deliver high-quality food experiences for guests.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work in OTG's prep kitchens and/or on the line of OTG's fast-casual concepts.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the back of house (BOH) by prepping ingredients for the line.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare food to the correct temperature, portion size, and plating specifications for consistent presentation according to OTG standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate all kitchen equipment (e.g., stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles).</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members to achieve guest satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be at least 18 years of age.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in English.</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant (experience with quick serve, grilling, frying, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift 35 lbs. or more.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay rate: $19.70 per hour</p> <p>OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer.
