And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.</p> <p>Supports the day-to-day clinical activities of the practice including patient care, communication, documentation, phlebotomy, coordination of tests and consultations, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Week One:</p> <p>Wednesday - 7:45am to 8:15p</p> <p>Friday - 7:45am to 11:45am</p> <p>Saturday - 8:45am to 5:15pm</p> <p>Week Two:</p> <p>Sunday - 8:45am to 5:15pm</p> <p>Thursday - 7:45am to 11:45am</p> <p>Friday - 7:45am to 8:15pm</p> <p>I. Major Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Prepare for patient visits by reviewing schedules, checking for test results, and ensuring exam rooms are stocked and clean.</p> </li><li> <p>Escort patients to rooms, confirm visit reasons, document interviews, and assist with mobility as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Take and record vital signs accurately, alert providers of abnormal findings.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist providers during exams, anticipate needs, and help maintain schedule flow.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform clinical procedures as ordered, including but not limited to: EKG, spirometry, immunizations, throat cultures, phlebotomy, and dressing changes.</p> </li></ol> <p>II. Position Qualifications:</p> <p>License/Certification/Education:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ol> <li> <p>High School diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing</p> </li><li> <p>Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license</p> </li></ol> <p>Preferred:</p> <ol> <li>Phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience </li></ol> <p>Experience/Skills:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Basic clinical skills including vital signs, documentation, and communication</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively with providers and staff</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with EMR systems</p> </li></ol> <p>Preferred:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Six months of experience working as an LPN</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in outpatient or physician office settings</p> </li></ol> <p>III.
