You will work closely with sales and management teams to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and profitability in all finance and insurance transactions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with finance and insurance providers, including factory partners. </li><li>Submit accurate documentation to secure financing approvals. </li><li>Collaborate with sales management to ensure all customers are transitioned to the Finance & Insurance department. </li><li>Work with Sales Managers to ensure profitability on each transaction. </li><li>Forecast finance department goals in alignment with sales targets. </li><li>Verify accuracy of titles, liens, taxes, and all customer paperwork. </li><li>Ensure proper entry of customer information into dealership databases. </li><li>Notarize documents as required and forward completed deals promptly. </li><li>Obtain necessary licenses for insurance sales, if applicable. </li><li>Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and product sales. </li><li>Keep sales management informed about current rates and new product offerings. </li><li>Complete all required training and certifications. </li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. </li><li>Capability to move throughout the dealership facilities as needed. </li></ul> <p>LaFontaine Imports offers comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and a professional, supportive working environment.
