We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other's successes.</p> <p>Here's to crafting careers and creating new legacies.</p> <p>The Vice President, Communications & Corporate Affairs (Americas) is responsible for protecting and advancing the company's reputation, strengthening stakeholder trust, and ensuring alignment across all communications and corporate affairs activities.</p> <p>As a senior member of the Legal, Communications & Government Affairs leadership team, you will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, guiding the organization through complex business, regulatory, and reputational environments. You will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team and operate with enterprise-wide influence in a high-visibility, highly regulated setting.</p> <p>This is a pivotal leadership role for a candidate ready to shape enterprise narrative, oversee crisis readiness, and drive integrated communications strategies that support long-term business value.</p> <p>Crafted Highlights:</p> <p>Strategic Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Develop and lead an integrated communications and corporate affairs strategy aligned with business priorities, corporate values, and risk considerations </li><li>Translate strategy into a cohesive approach that aligns internal, external, distributor, and consumer communications </li><li>Establish enterprise-wide messaging frameworks, governance processes, and performance standards </li></ul> <p>Reputation & Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li>Shape and steward the company's reputation across key stakeholder groups, including employees, consumers, distributors, retailers, regulators, and communities </li><li>Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on public positioning, sensitive issues, and stakeholder risk </li></ul> <p>Crisis & Issues Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead enterprise crisis communications and issues management, including preparedness, response, and recovery </li><li>Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, HR, and Government Affairs to anticipate emerging risks and develop response playbooks </li><li>Direct communications during high-stakes situations such as regulatory matters, investigations, and reputational threats </li></ul> <p>Executive & External Communications</p> <ul> <li>Oversee executive visibility and positioning strategies, including speeches, thought leadership, and media engagement </li><li>Partner with Investor Relations and Legal on financial and regulatory communications </li><li>Ensure consistent engagement across trade partners, regulators, customers, and industry stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a high-performing organization spanning communications, corporate affairs, meetings and events, and guest relations </li><li>Establish clear operating rhythms, metrics, and agency governance to drive effectiveness and ROI </li><li>Build strong leadership bench strength and succession planning </li></ul> <p>Key Ingredients:</p> <ul> <li>Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations </li><li>Proven experience as a senior communications or corporate affairs leader, ideally at Chief Communications Officer level or equivalent </li><li>Track record of leading organizations through transformation, crisis, and high-stakes reputational challenges </li><li>Experience operating in highly regulated industries (CPG preferred) </li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to assess risk through commercial and market lenses </li><li>Demonstrated ability to advise C-suite leaders and Boards on complex, sensitive issues </li><li>Deep understanding of the intersection of communications, legal, compliance, and government affairs </li><li>Expertise in crisis communications, stakeholder management, and narrative development </li><li>Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external agency partners </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues clearly and credibly </li><li>High degree of judgment, integrity, and executive presence </li></ul> <p>Beverage Bonuses:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office </li><li>Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, retirement plan options with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources (delete for temporary, part time, or union) </li><li>Benefits include 15 days vacation, 10 paid holidays, 4 personal floating holidays and 64 hours of sick time </li><li>On site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages! We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.</p>
