<p>Job Title: Field Service Representative</p> <p>Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support</p> <p>Time Type: Full time</p> <p>Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret</p> <p>Employee Type: Regular</p> <p>Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 75%</p> <p>Type of Travel: Continental US</p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>* </li></ul> </li></ul> <p>The Opportunity: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance solutions to our customers. This is a multifaceted role that spans the full lifecycle of government-furnished equipment-from installation and integration to sustainment and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hardware expertise, systems engineering insight, networking knowledge, and software troubleshooting skills to ensure mission success in complex and evolving environments.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a Field Service Representative supporting installation, operations, and maintenance (O&M) activities across the Counter-RCMA mission </li><li>Support daily system operations, testing, and performance validation to ensure mission readiness </li><li>Collaborate with a high-performing technical team, contributing expertise while actively supporting and learning from teammates </li><li>Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence </li><li>Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and, when required, travel to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance and corrective actions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications: Required</p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years of related experience </li><li>A SECRET clearance is the minimum requirement to begin employment. As a requirement of continued employment, you may be required to obtain TOP SECRET </li><li>Ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as with other individuals on the team </li><li>Ability to operate RF equipment, electronic troubleshooting equipment </li><li>Spectrum analyzers & Signal generators </li><li>Experience and understanding of radar systems (installation, operation, troubleshooting, or maintenance of tactical/surveillance radar systems) preferably RPS systems </li><li>Ability to lift 75 lbs. </li><li>Be climb certified or ability to become climb certified to heights up to 200 ft. </li><li>Understanding of basic IP network topologies and ability to resolve network issues </li><li>Ability to travel up to 75% of the time </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>FAA Part 107 certified </li><li>Linux experience </li><li>Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory asset tracking </li><li>Radar and RF signals background </li><li>Atlassian JIRA/Confluence experience </li><li>What You Can Expect: </li></ul> <p>A culture of integrity.</p> <p>At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
