The Coach tracks student progress using the student success platform (EAB/Navigate) and works collaboratively with advisors, faculty, and staff to address academic concerns, provide resources, and support students' personal and professional development. This position also represents the Student Success team at campus events, orientations, and other programs to engage students and foster a sense of community.
