<p>Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.</p> <p>The Recoveries Associate is responsible for providing administrative and data entry support for the property recovery billing function.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate and post approved CAM, real estate tax, and utility billings accurately and timely.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate Accenture billing packet preparation including delivery to tenants.</p> </li><li> <p>Support lease administration requests for billing documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Process tenant chargebacks on both a monthly cycle and ad hoc basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong PC proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently while meeting deadlines.</p> </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range for this position is between $52,000 and $60,000.
