<p>Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Digital Strategy & Transformation to help drive enterprise-wide digital innovation. This role plays a key part in shaping how we leverage technology, data, automation, and emerging tools to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and strengthen digital capabilities across the organization.</p> <p>You will partner closely with IT, HR, and business leaders to execute transformation initiatives, support adoption of new technologies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement.</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support a team responsible for executing digital transformation initiatives </li><li>Help deliver the organization's digital strategy aligned with business priorities </li></ul> <p>Identify and implement opportunities for automation, analytics, and process improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to drive adoption of digital solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Support the development and execution of digital transformation roadmaps</p> </li><li> <p>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, adoption, and efficiency gains</p> </li><li> <p>Use data analysis and SQL to support insights and decision-making</p> </li></ul> <p>Assist in implementing AI and emerging technology initiatives, including pilot programs</p> <ul> <li>Promote data governance, security, and responsible use of digital tools </li><li>Support vendor coordination and solution implementation efforts </li><li>Contribute to change management, communication, and training initiatives </li><li>Drive a digital-first culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, including gaming requirements </li><li>Support digital integration efforts related to acquisitions and organizational growth </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field </li><li>5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology, process improvement, or related roles </li><li>Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered </li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise systems, digital tools, and business applications </li><li>Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required) </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced SQL </li><li>Familiarity with AI concepts, analytics, and emerging technologies </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams </li><li>Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives </li><li>Knowledge of regulatory environments (TICS, MICS, gaming compliance) preferred </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming licensure </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li></ul>
