<p>We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee BYU-Pathway's website, leading all marketing efforts from first inquiry to student enrollment. You'll also advise teams on engaging students through graduation.</p> <p>If you excel at web optimization, automated marketing, and data-driven storytelling aligned with our faith-based mission, we invite you to apply.</p> <p>Why This Role Matters:</p> <p>You'll play a vital role guiding students from their first website visit to enrollment, influencing their ongoing educational journey. Your work helps students find and maintain a meaningful, faith-centered path at BYU-Pathway Worldwide.</p> <p>Important: A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of experience, is required. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. When working with the international teams, an adjustment in core business hours is required. Some weekend work may be needed during times of high volume or deadlines that need to be met. Some travel may be required.</p> <p>By applying for this position, you confirm that you are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, willing to reside and work full-time in Utah, and able to commute to the BYU-Pathway Worldwide headquarters in Salt Lake City 1-3 days per week.</p> <p>Website & Web Marketing:</p> <ul> <li>Manage website strategy and content for prospective/current students </li><li>Partner with IT to maintain and enhance the site using Brightspot CMS </li><li>Improve user experience (navigation, forms, design) </li><li>Ensure content is accurate, timely, and accessible (WCAG standards) </li></ul> <p>Prospective Student Lifecycle</p> <ul> <li>Lead mid-funnel marketing strategy (email, SMS, chatbot) </li><li>Create automated deadline reminders, workshops, and events </li><li>Personalize communication based on region and interests </li><li>Coordinate landing page tests and chatbot improvements </li></ul> <p>Advisory: Student Retention & Graduation</p> <ul> <li>Offer strategic recommendations for retention and alumni engagement </li><li>Share insights on student behavior for team actions </li><li>Provide ideas for milestone celebrations and alumni programs </li></ul> <p>SEO & Analytics</p> <ul> <li>Optimize website for SEO (SEMrush, Google Search Console) </li><li>Monitor and report on funnel metrics using analytics </li><li>Conduct tests to enhance conversions and share findings </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li>Align marketing efforts with the Brand and Growth teams </li><li>Advise Communications on effective messaging strategies </li><li>Integrate marketing campaigns smoothly with Customer Support and IT </li></ul> <p>Team & Intern Management</p> <ul> <li>Recruit and mentor interns </li><li>Oversee projects using project management software </li><li>Provide regular feedback and development opportunities </li></ul> <p>Performance Metrics & Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Track conversion rates at each stage of the funnel </li><li>Conduct continuous A/B and multivariate testing </li><li>Report high-level metrics to leadership </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. </li></ul> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Marketing or a related field. </li></ul> <p>Demonstrated Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Brightspot CMS expertise </li><li>Multimedia content management </li><li>Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript </li><li>Marketing Automation experience </li><li>SEO proficiency </li><li>Analytics tools </li><li>Project management </li><li>Faith-based storytelling abilities </li></ul>
