We are searching for individuals who are compassionate, serve with a purpose, are dedicated to supporting their team, and who seek excellence every day.</p> <p>We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant- Intermediate to join our Specialty Clinical and Professional Team.</p> <p>This role will be a full-time day shift role working Monday- Friday in a remote capacity with some on-site expectation as needed.</p> <p>This role will specifically support recruitment for Clinical Specialty & Professional roles throughout the IU Health system. Positions such as clinical managers, nurse educators, IIS analyst, marketing, finance, HR consultants, and radiology techs to name a few.</p> <p>This is a full life cycle recruitment role which includes conducting thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader, designing and posting positions, sourcing, reviewing and screening applicants, consulting on candidate selection and completing offer processes. The Talent Acquisition Consultant in this role will apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure a compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities.</p> <p>A successful Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, provides team member support, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies, data reporting, maintaining and analyzing recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and improving the overall recruitment process .</p> <p>A key component of this role is providing a thought process partnership and consulting on sourcing and recruiting diverse talent.</p> <p>We are looking for individuals with:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities </li><li>Adaptability, time management and problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience using various recruiting platforms and applications </li><li>Passion for DEI with deep functional expertise, skills and market knowledge in sourcing top talent </li><li>Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform recommendations and experience reporting out to stakeholders </li><li>Strong abilities to partner successfully with key stakeholders and build long-term, trusting relationships </li><li>Compassion, empathy, professionalism and integrity </li></ul> <p>At IU Health, your personal and professional growth is a top priority. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred. </li><li>Requires experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices. </li></ul>
