<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>As a Field Representative , you will be the face of our credit card program, ensuring its success through effective merchandising and strategic communication. You'll own and manage an assigned territory where you'll audit POP displays, test equipment, and engage business owners in credit card awareness and acceptance conversations. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service orientation. We're looking for a determined and resilient individual to thrive in a competitive, service-driven marketplace.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure credit card POP is appropriately displayed and merchandised in retail locations</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver key messaging about the credit card program and raising awareness and acceptance of its benefits for their establishment</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct audits to ensure the presence and visibility of credit card offerings</p> </li><li> <p>Verify that promotional materials and displays are correctly placed, adequately maintained, up-to-date, and comply with company standards</p> </li><li> <p>Test and troubleshoot point-of-sale equipment to ensure proper credit card processing</p> </li><li> <p>Collect data and insights via Mosaic's reporting tool</p> </li><li> <p>Admin responsibilities: Daily visit reporting, weekly/monthly conference calls, email communications, and required web-based training</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 1-3 years of sales, retail, merchandising, and/or training experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Field representation or territory management experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of success in sales or merchandising</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take-action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts business with integrity and maintains strong business ethics</p> </li><li> <p>Persistence and drive to succeed in a competitive, service-driven marketplace</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software</p> </li><li> <p>Must have reliable transportation to travel to various locations within the assigned territory</p> </li><li> <p>Must pass a federal background check</p> </li></ul> <p>ABOUT US</p> <p>Mosaic is a part of Acosta Group - a collective of the industry's most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.</p> <p>As a leading North American integrated marketing agency, Mosaic specializes in everything from experiential marketing, commerce + retail media and field marketing, to design and production.
