<p>Your role</p> <p>Do you have a proven ability to create a business development strategy? Are you an expert when it comes to implementing sales growth plans?</p> <p>We're looking for an Assistant Market Executive to:</p> <ul> <li>act as a deputy to the Market Executive in the daily management of the Market </li><li>develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs </li><li>run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance </li><li>when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks </li><li>assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning </li><li>serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>Newport Beach: the salary range for this role is $157,000 to $205,000. </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
