This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful, federally funded research examining early development through both in-lab and remote assessments. The Staff Research Associate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day study operations, including participant recruitment and engagement, conducting developmental assessments, and ensuring high-quality data collection. The position also involves overseeing research activities and supporting junior study staff, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Additional responsibilities include managing study data, performing basic analyses, preparing reports, and assisting with submissions to the National Institutes of Health</p> <p>Hourly range: $28.69-$34.21</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to coordinate data collection and data entry for research studies. </li><li>Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff, faculty, students, patients and the public at all times. </li><li>Ability to schedule patient and administrative appointments accurately. </li><li>Skill at prioritizing assignments and ability to work concurrently on several projects. </li><li>Ability to function effectively with several interruptions. </li><li>Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal direction </li><li>High level ability in the use of a PC using all Windows applications. </li><li>Ability to enter data and manage research data base. </li><li>Ability in the use of SPSS. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality in the strictest sense. </li><li>Skill in maintaining accurate timekeeping. </li><li>Familiarity with child and adolescent psychiatric disorders. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>B.A. or B.S. in Psychology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience </li></ul> <p>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.</p>
