At our plants, our units engage in a variety of work scopes involving trouble-shooting, problem solving, and working together to embody our #1 priority, which is ensuring the safety of our people and our product.</p> <p>As a Braze Technician, you'll operate metal fabrication equipment in compliance with company operating procedures using Tack welding processes.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Produce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications. </li><li>Operates brazing and soldering equipment. </li><li>Operates metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines. </li><li>Working independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality. </li><li>Computing and verifying dimensions to ensure accuracy. </li><li>Observing all applicable safety practices and immediately reporting any unsafe practices or conditions. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 1 year Brazing experience and or Tack and Alloy experience. </li><li>Have experience reading and interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints. </li><li>Possess effective communication skills with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. </li><li>Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance. </li><li>Be able to sit for extended periods of time. </li></ul> <p>Benefits that make life better:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Healthcare </li><li>401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested </li><li>Paid Time Off starting on day one </li><li>Bonus opportunities </li><li>Health- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>Short- & Long-Term Disability </li><li>Life & AD&D Insurance </li><li>Learning & Training opportunities </li></ul>
