Candidate will be part of the local DDL (Digital Delivery Lead) team who shares ongoing work, innovations, and expertise. Work will be performed under the supervision of the regional group leader, with close alignment with the line of business leads. This is a tactical role focused on managing large complex projects & programs with stringent BIM and Digital Delivery requirements and with an emphasis on supporting the larger organizational need for innovation and process transformation. If you are up for the challenge, we have been looking for someone just like you.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2-4 years' Digital Delivery (BIM/VDC) experience leveraging and managing technology in facility design and construction required </li><li>Associate or bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience, required </li><li>Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, CM-BIM, or related) is preferred </li><li>Effective leader: articulate, diplomatic, ethical, and dedicated </li><li>Experience with, and passionate about BIM, IPD, Lean, Collaboration </li><li>Must have extensive knowledge of the nuances, features, functions, and limitations of Autodesk and Bentley 3D/BIM Platforms, including experience with complex workflows involving these platforms </li><li>Knowledge of Design-Bid-Build, Design/Build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)and other modern contractual delivery methods </li><li>Proven successful implementations of BIM platform technologies </li><li>Understands the construction industry and maintains knowledge of future trends </li><li>Understands project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration and coordination, and fabrication </li><li>Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats and inter-operability techniques </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>80,200.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>110,200.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
