<p>Job Summary: A. PRIMARY responsible for Chart Prep (printing facesheets, putting in colored folders, pulling consult materials)</p> <p>B. PRIMARY responsible for ensuring all necessary clinical information is available for each visit.</p> <p>C. PRIMARY responsible for submission of and tracking Release of Information forms generated at checkout.</p> <p>D. PRIMARY responsible for making sure Nurse Practitioners schedule is full always.</p> <p>E. Back up check in.</p> <p>F. Back up Phone Person Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience.
