That's the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.</p> <p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>We are seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead company-wide financial planning and strategic analysis. This highly visible role will be responsible for building and maintaining forecasting models, owning liquidity forecasting, leading long-range planning efforts, and supporting key strategic initiatives, including lender and investor relations. You will work cross-functionally with executives and department leaders to drive data-informed decisions and ensure financial health across Alo's global operations. As Director of Corporate FP&A, you'll be at the heart of our financial strategy - driving clarity, focus, and execution at scale while translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILTIES</p> <p>Annual Budgeting Process</p> <ul> <li>Lead the company-wide annual budgeting process, coordinating inputs from all business units and departments </li><li>Develop and maintain budget vs. actual reporting mechanisms with meaningful variance analysis </li><li>Partner with department leaders to drive accountability to budget targets and identify opportunities for optimization </li></ul> <p>Cash Flow & Liquidity Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead and continuously enhance the 13-week cash flow forecasting process, working closely with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to ensure accuracy and actionable insights </li><li>Monitor daily and weekly cash positions, highlight variances vs. forecast, and proactively manage liquidity to support operating needs, growth initiatives, and capital investments </li></ul> <p>Three-Statement Financial Modeling</p> <ul> <li>Own the development and maintenance of the fully integrated 3-statement financial model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to support strategic decision-making </li><li>Build dynamic forecasting capabilities and scenario planning models to evaluate P&L and cash flow impacts under various assumptions </li><li>Perform regular sensitivity analyses to identify key business drivers and risk factors impacting financial performance </li></ul> <p>Lender Relations & Capital Structure Support</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the finance point-of-contact for managing deliverables, covenant tracking, and compliance reporting for external debt partners and lenders </li><li>Prepare materials for debt reporting packages, refinancing discussions, and investor updates; work closely with legal and external advisors as needed </li><li>Support management in evaluating capital structure alternatives and debt capacity analysis </li></ul> <p>Strategic and Financial Due Diligence</p> <ul> <li>Conduct financial due diligence on new initiatives such as market entry, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or capital investments </li><li>Build business cases with sensitivity analyses and ROI thresholds to support go/no-go decisions </li></ul> <p>Long-Range Planning (LRP)</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of Alo's multi-year financial plan that aligns with corporate objectives and growth strategies </li><li>Drive collaboration across departments to ensure LRP inputs are robust, supportable, and consistent with operational roadmaps </li><li>Provide leadership with visibility into long-term value creation levers, including market expansion, margin enhancement, and capital investment strategies </li></ul> <p>Ad Hoc Strategic Analysis & Executive Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct analytical support to the C-Suite and executive leadership team </li><li>Drive clarity and rigor in business planning decisions through deep dives on pricing strategy, SG&A leverage, and return on strategic investments </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Mentor and develop FP&A team members to build analytical capabilities and business acumen </li><li>Establish a culture of analytical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement </li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance financial decision-making </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred </li><li>10-15 years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance </li><li>Deep expertise in financial modeling and analysis, particularly around cash flow, LRP, and scenario planning </li><li>Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with data and insight </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li><li>Experience with financial planning systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) </li><li>Strong track record managing cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority </li><li>Experience supporting consumer brands or retail organizations preferred </li><li>Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and capable of balancing strategic thinking with execution </li></ul> <p>The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
