<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Must follow all facility safety precautions including machine operation and lifting procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required. </li><li>Diagnose, modify, operate, and lubricate equipment. </li><li>Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, conveyors, fixtures, and mechanical operating systems. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and/or work independently to complete safe and efficient repairs. </li><li>Document part and material needs for requisitions. </li><li>Communicate daily repairs and complete work order documentation. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience in maintenance or an Associate's Degree in a related field. </li><li>Must have proficient skills with shop equipment, measurement equipment/gauges, mechanical presses, various power tools, grinders, and read/interpret schematics. </li><li>Must be able to meet mechanical skills expectations within qualifying period. </li></ul> <p>Degrees:</p> <ul> <li>High School/GED </li></ul> <p>Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses.
