<p>The Brand Manager, North America, is a strategic and execution-oriented role responsible for developing, protecting, and growing the Synergy brand across all North American channels. This person will serve as the guardian of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging - ensuring consistency across digital, field, and corporate communications while driving marketing campaigns that engage Team Members and build consumer loyalty.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines creative vision and execution with analytical rigor, understands the direct selling landscape, and is energized by building something from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Brand Strategy & Identity</p> <ul> <li>Own and evolve the Synergy North America brand architecture, voice, and visual identity system across all touchpoints. </li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive Brand Style Guide for use by internal teams, distributors, and third-party partners. </li><li>Conduct competitive brand analysis within the direct selling and wellness industries to identify positioning opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate with global Synergy leadership to ensure North American brand efforts align with and support the global brand strategy. </li></ul> <p>Campaign Development & Content Marketing</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting distributor recruitment, product launches, recognition, and consumer retention & acquisition. </li><li>Oversee production of brand content including video, photography, copy, digital assets, and event materials - managing agency and freelance resources as needed. </li><li>Build and manage a content calendar aligned to key business moments: rank-up promotions, incentive trips, product launches, and company events. </li><li>Support partnership with field leaders to create co-brandable tools, social media assets, and recruiting materials for top leaders. </li></ul> <p>Digital Presence & Social Media</p> <ul> <li>Own Synergy North America's digital brand presence across all social channels and the company website. </li><li>Develop social media strategy and content plans that appeal to both end consumers and prospective distributor leaders. </li><li>Monitor brand sentiment, respond to trends, and manage brand reputation across digital channels. </li><li>Leverage AI-powered tools to scale content creation, improve targeting, and measure brand engagement performance. </li></ul> <p>Field & Distributor Marketing Support</p> <ul> <li>Create best-in-class distributor-facing marketing tools: pitch decks, product one-pagers, event kits, testimonial frameworks, and recruiting assets. </li><li>Understand the direct selling distributor mindset deeply - ensure all brand materials empower rather than complicate the field's work. </li><li>Partner with Sales leadership to understand what marketing support drives the most impact at the ground level. </li><li>Support in-person distributor events, regional training, and incentive trips with branded materials and on-site presence as needed. </li></ul> <p>Performance Measurement & Brand Analytics</p> <ul> <li>Define and track key brand health metrics: awareness, perception, share of voice, and distributor engagement rates. </li><li>Report monthly on brand performance to North America leadership with clear insights and recommendations. </li><li>Manage brand marketing budget with disciplined ROI tracking and allocation optimization. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of brand marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a brand management or brand strategy role. </li><li>Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through measurement. </li><li>Strong creative sensibility paired with a data-driven approach to decision-making. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to write compelling copy and present confidently to senior leadership. </li><li>Experience managing external creative agencies, freelancers, and production vendors. </li><li>Proficiency with social media management tools, content management systems, and marketing analytics platforms. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities and evolving direction. </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Direct selling, network marketing, or wellness industry experience -
