<p>Looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive retail Billing/Capping/Inventory Clerk, ADP is a plus. Individual is responsible for various automotive accounting functions with a knowledge of automotive F&I processes. Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will have at least one to two years experience in a position of similar responsibility.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Make sure all necessary paperwork is in the deals </li><li>If trade is available, look for title </li><li>Send contracts to banks </li><li>Verify gross profit </li><li>Bill out wholesales </li><li>Make lien payoffs and send to banks </li><li>Rebate processing </li><li>Finalize deals </li><li>Retail Delivery Reporting </li><li>Runs various reports </li><li>Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience </li><li>One to two years experience in automotive bookkeeping/accounting </li><li>Skilled at using automotive accounting software (Example: ADP/Reynolds and Reynolds) </li><li>Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Highly organized and detail oriented </li><li>Previous experience preferred </li><li>An impressive work-ethic </li><li>Strong communication, presentation and writing skills </li><li>Strong computer and internet skills </li><li>Neat, clean, and professional appearance </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>This is an in-person position and your attendance is required in order to maintain employment.
