Number 15660</p> <p>Share</p> <p>more</p> <p>Rohde & Schwarz's IT team is looking for an intern with fresh eyes and an analytical mindset to help evaluate and improve operations across three technical services. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in IT support or management who wants firsthand experience of how a regional IT team operates within a global organization and to drive process improvements that generate concrete data points for their resume. The intern will also gain exposure to a range of technologies and platforms, collaborate with a skilled, multi-level team, and apply practical skills learned in school.</p> <p>Your tasks</p> <ul> <li>Track and report on performance of multiple technical services in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow) </li><li>Work with SMEs on technical process documentation </li><li>Analyze cases and key indicators to identify patterns, trends, or deviations </li><li>Propose and document process improvements for service delivery </li><li>Assist in data collection for compliance related activities </li><li>Analyze internal customer satisfaction trends and develop remediation plans </li></ul> <p>Application tips</p> <p>Watch the video and learn all about our application process:</p> <ul> <li>Application </li><li>Interview </li><li>Contact persons </li></ul> <p>Your browser does not support the video tag</p> <p>Your qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Rising Jr or Sr year in IT or related field </li><li>Minimum 3.0 GPA </li><li>Working knowledge of end-to-end IT processes and lifecycle, including account provisioning, application development, hardware lifecycle management, documentation, and monitoring. </li><li>Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and reporting (ServiceNow preferred). </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio. </li><li>Summer resident of the greater Columbia, MD area.
