You'll play a key role in ensuring timely payment processing, verifying invoices, and supporting the overall finance department's efficiency.</p> <p>Pay: $18/hour</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Review and verify cost accounting and accounts payable records for accuracy </li><li>Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment requests </li><li>Post entries to ledgers and general journals and reconcile accounts payable and receivable records </li><li>Use office automation systems to enter data, generate financial reports, and assist with audits </li><li>Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies </li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities as needed </li><li>Maintain organized financial documentation in compliance with company policies </li><li>Support ad-hoc accounting projects and other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines </li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs occasionally </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
