Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee day to day operations of the Supply Team. </li><li>Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling counts in Maximo. </li><li>Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports as needed. </li><li>Compile and document item and material movements in Maximo. </li><li>Coordinate and prepare storeroom for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories. </li><li>Responsible for the physical condition of storeroom and equipment by inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair and/or requests for replacement. </li><li>Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and vendors orally and in writing. </li><li>Monitor work schedules, time sheets, incident reports, and employee inquiries. </li><li>Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by adhering to the City of Corpus Christi Safety Policies. </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires a High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of related experience </li><li>A valid driver's license is required.
