As the region grows, this role offers the potential to expand into multi-state market leadership.</p> <p>As Area Vice President, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead transformational change by strengthening leadership capability, evolving team structures and driving a culture of accountability, agility and continuous improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee operational logistics, including branch coordination, resource allocation, scheduling effectiveness, and scalability to support efficient service delivery across the region.</p> </li><li> <p>Providing strategic direction, leadership, and support to PCS leaders, administrators, and clinical managers to achieve organizational goals related to mission, financial performance, and quality outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Drives continued growth and strengthening of relationships with payors and referral sources to support market expansion, patient access, and sustained business development.</p> </li><li> <p>Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with team members, peers, clinical and administrative teams, corporate and executive leadership to drive engagement and alignment.</p> </li><li> <p>Cultivating an innovative, high-performing, and collaborative work environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting the development and execution of organizational strategic plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company priorities and growth objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics, including strategic initiatives and operational dashboards, to monitor progress and inform decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of policies, procedures, clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and program infrastructure to ensure operational excellence.</p> </li><li> <p>Leading all operational aspects in alignment with the organization's mission, values, regulatory requirements, payor guidelines, accreditation standards, and client expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Providing oversight and guidance to assigned ancillary departments, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, audit readiness, and overall regulatory adherence.</p> </li></ul> <p>What is Required?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Leadership, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with Personal Care Services or home care strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in organizational leadership, operational management, or program development</p> </li><li> <p>At least two (2) years of direct supervisory experience leading managers or multi-site teams</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of Personal Care Services and/or Hospice regulations, reimbursement models, and operational compliance standards</p> </li><li> <p>Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive performance, develop teams, and execute strategic initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience in organizational development, operational improvement, and project management</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration, engagement, and accountability across teams</p> </li><li> <p>High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex operational environments</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% to support branch operations and organizational priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet all agency health screening and compliance requirements</p> </li><li> <p>You will report to the Regional Vice President PCS Operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join the Elara Caring mission?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work in a collaborative environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Be rewarded with a unique opportunity to make a difference.</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive compensation package</p> </li><li> <p>Tuition reimbursement for full-time staff and continuing education opportunities for all employees at no cost</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for advancement</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehensive insurance plans for medical, dental, and vision benefits</p> </li><li> <p>401(K) with employer match</p> </li><li> <p>Paid time off, paid holidays, family, and pet bereavement</p> </li><li> <p>Pet insurance</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity: We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and comply with state and federal affirmative action requirements.
