<p>About the Job:</p> <p>As a Shift Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership and drive results.</p> <p>The Day-to-Day:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritising customer needs. </li><li>Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances. </li><li>Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders. </li><li>Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations. </li><li>Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance. </li><li>Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members. </li><li>Actively participate in training Team Members. </li><li>Handle conflicts constructively and work with the GM to achieve resolution. </li><li>Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates. </li><li>Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labour. </li><li>Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times. </li><li>Assist the GM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed. </li></ul> <p>Is this you?</p> <ul> <li>1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred </li><li>Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labour policies </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation </li><li>Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organisational skills </li><li>Attendance and Punctuality a must </li><li>Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers </li><li>Basic Math skills </li><li>Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards </li><li>Promotes and champions Taco Bell's culture and values </li><li>Provides constructive feedback to Team Members </li><li>Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently </li><li>Promotes equity, inclusion, and belonging </li><li>Ensures teammates and customers enjoy a positive experience </li></ul> <p>We offer the following :</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay </li><li>A commitment to promote from within </li><li>Training and mentorship programs </li><li>Reward and recognition culture </li><li>Free meals </li><li>Flexible schedules- day, night, evening, and late night shifts </li><li>Vacation pay and additional Paid Time Off </li><li>Pension Contribution </li><li>Career advancement and professional development opportunities </li><li>Mas Earth!
