This is an hourly, full-time position offering excellent benefits and a predictable four-day workweek.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Safely and efficiently operate CNC machining equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Read, interpret, and follow engineering prints and work instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Set up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbers</p> </li><li> <p>Change tooling, touch off tools, and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Operate machines productively to meet or exceed established cycle time and quality standards</p> </li><li> <p>Load raw material and unload finished parts</p> </li><li> <p>Perform manual deburring as required</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet specifications using measuring devices</p> </li><li> <p>Complete daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges</p> </li><li> <p>Strong math skills related to machining operations</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to set up and run multiple machines, or willingness to learn and grow</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</p> <p>This role is performed in a manufacturing environment.
