Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves as a mission-critical partner to more than 120,000 customers through our footprint of 130+ branches.</p> <p>All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address.</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator in Jersey City, NJ with hands-on experience using Dayforce to support daily HR operations. This role requires accurate data entry, employee support, and cross-functional coordination with Recruitment, Benefits, Field HR, and Payroll teams.</p> <p>The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.</p> <p>Pay Range: $29.75 to $35.00 per hour</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries </li><li>Execute timely and accurate entries in Dayforce HCM System including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes </li><li>Maintain current job codes, pay rates, and organizational structures in order to minimize and/or resolve data discrepancies </li><li>Assist employees with Dayforce self-service, benefits, time tracking, and general policy navigation </li><li>Coordinate with HR functional teams to manage onboarding documentation, system setup, employee data, time card entries or pay related changes </li><li>Utilize Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups/Xlookups) to analyze HR metrics and generate actionable reports </li><li>Conduct periodic HRIS audits and support external requests to ensure regulatory compliance </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of HR administrative or coordinator experience </li><li>Associate or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM (preferred) or comparable HR software </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V/X Lookups, Formulas, Data validation) </li><li>Experience supporting audits or compliance initiatives </li><li>Proven cross-functional collaboration and customer service skills with a strict commitment to confidentiality </li></ul>
