This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage traffic flow, enforce parking policies, and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional, face-to-face customer service, ensuring a positive parking experience. </li><li>Assist customers who are unsure of payment methods or parking procedures. </li><li>Support customers throughout the parking entry and exit process. </li><li>Address and resolve customer concerns, including handling irate or escalated situations in accordance with company policies and service standards. </li><li>Act as a frontline representative of the company, maintaining professionalism at all times. </li><li>Issue parking notices to vehicles in violation of facility policies and accurately document violations. </li><li>Monitor and manage traffic flow within the parking facility. </li><li>Conduct routine lot counts and adjust parking counters as needed. </li><li>Assist with the coordination of ingress and egress to maintain smooth operations. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of lot activity, revenues, and related transactions. </li><li>Perform regular patrols of the parking facility, including during various weather conditions. </li><li>Identify and report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues to the Site Manager. </li><li>Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and free of obstacles at all times. </li><li>Coordinate with property security for any parking- or garage-related incidents. </li><li>Operate and maintain company and/or property-owned equipment during assigned shifts. </li><li>Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, and incidents in the logbook. </li><li>Communicate all relevant information to supervisors and management in a timely manner. </li><li>Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize daily tasks and operational needs. </li><li>Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve parking operations and efficiency. </li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in customer service, parking operations, or traffic control is an asset. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. </li><li>Detailed Oriented </li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. </li><li>Basic understanding of equipment operation and reporting procedures. </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li><li>Valid Driver License with good driving record </li><li>Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security.
