Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead complex, high-impact client initiatives across industries, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes. </li><li>Define project scope, delivery approach, timelines, and success metrics, and manage engagements from inception through completion. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders) to deliver innovative solutions. </li><li>Oversee project execution, balancing delivery leadership with hands-on involvement, driving delivery plans, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring utilization and profitability targets are met. </li><li>Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to shape direction and maintain alignment. </li><li>Apply agile methodologies to accelerate delivery, foster collaboration, and adapt to evolving needs. </li><li>Use AI-powered tools and techniques (e.g., predictive analytics for forecasting, automation for reporting, generative AI for documentation) to improve speed, quality, and decision-making. </li><li>Support the sales lifecycle by scoping opportunities, developing delivery approaches, and contributing to proposals while selling delivery capabilities and outcomes. </li><li>Mentor consultants, and delivery leads, and contribute to the growth of Slalom's delivery frameworks and practices. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience selling professional services, including shaping solutions, partnering with sales teams, and influencing decision makers throughout the deal cycle. </li><li>Strong experience in stakeholder management, project, product, and program management, and delivery leadership in consulting environments. </li><li>Proven success in leading and delivering complex initiatives across industries in technology platforms. </li><li>Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Lean, PMBOK) and ability to apply them pragmatically. </li><li>Experience leading large, cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes (revenue, utilization, margin, profitability). </li><li>Track record of supporting pursuits and contributing to the sales lifecycle, including solutioning, scoping, and estimation. </li><li>Skilled in anticipating risks, managing dependencies, adapting plans, and driving alignment with stakeholders. </li><li>Hands-on experience with modern delivery practices, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, and scaled frameworks. </li><li>Experience managing engagements under different contractual structures. </li><li>Strong business acumen, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for a Senior Principal is 165k to 190k. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
