<p>Separator Operator</p> <p>#35157</p> <p>Location: Cass City, MI</p> <p>Company: Dairy Farmers of America</p> <p>Category: Manufacturing</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Operate the separator process in an efficient manner to maximize production while maintaining product quality and safety.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Maintain the defined processing parameters to achieve optimum efficiencies while minimizing downtime </li><li>Monitor and document processes to include quality checks, while administering changes when needed </li><li>Perform CIP as needed on all related equipment. Perform manual cleaning as necessary </li><li>Perform general housekeeping and Master Sanitation schedule task as necessary </li><li>Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately </li><li>Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues </li><li>Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements </li><li>The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
