<p>Description</p> <p>The Coordinator, Marketing is responsible for driving the customer marketing strategy by defining, building, and executing programs that deliver a steady stream of well-targeted customer reference assets and activities to support awareness, demand generation, and sales. The Coordinator advocates on behalf of MEDITECH by connecting and enrolling customers in appropriate advocate program elements and takes a team-based approach to keeping them engaged with MEDITECH. The success of this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of MEDITECH business.</p> <p>As a member of our Marketing team, your job would involve:</p> <ul> <li>Managing logistics and coordinating the webinar program </li><li>Assisting with corporate membership utilization </li><li>Managing the Zoom Event (and/or Google Workspace Enterprise Plus) platform for virtual events (MaaS user group, Winter Showcase, Home Care Symposium, Clinical Informatics Symposium) </li><li>Managing logistics and coordinating trade show events, including membership events </li><li>Updating graphics or logos that coincide with the specific trade show event </li><li>Tracking trade show expenses, adhering to requisition process and working with Accounting </li><li>Maintaining budget of expenses </li><li>Collaborating with Legal and Accounting on trade show and conference/event contracts </li><li>Working with Account Executives on lead generation and feedback pre and post trade show </li><li>Collecting metrics and assisting with placing value on the trade shows and webinars </li><li>Populating the trade show tracker/dashboard with ROI, monies, attendees, feedback, etc. </li><li>Maintaining speaker dashboard, database, and opportunity process for conferences </li><li>Coordinating post-acceptance processes </li><li>Updating relevant quarterly metrics sent to Marketing management </li><li>Building and nurturing relationships with sales, customer and industry speakers, public relations, and on social media </li><li>Researching, updating, and managing customer award recognitions, nominations, and opportunities </li><li>Acquiring knowledge of our customer base and existing customer story content; mining and using that content to increase its effectiveness </li><li>Nurturing relationships and engaging with customers to garner participation in Marketing activities </li><li>Evaluating and measuring outcomes and success of speaker and award bureau. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to foster strong, positive relationships </li><li>Proven ability to set goals and meet deadlines </li><li>Mathematical aptitude. </li></ul> <p>Hiring salary range: $42,000 - $60,000 per year.</p> <p>Actual salary will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.</p> <p>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
