We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Press Operator to set up and operate our printing press efficiently and safely.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Set up and operate printing press to match color standards and approved proofs</p> </li><li> <p>Read and interpret production tickets and PDF drawings</p> </li><li> <p>Image print plates and complete job tickets accurately</p> </li><li> <p>Minimize material waste and maximize production rates</p> </li><li> <p>Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, blanket changes, lubrication)</p> </li><li> <p>Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively in a team environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor press issues</p> </li><li> <p>Basic math skills and ability to read standard/metric rulers</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pass a color vision test</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and proven attendance history</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive hourly wage</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for advancement</p> </li><li> <p>Supportive team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Shift differentials</p> </li><li> <p>Great benefits including medical, dental, vision & employer-paid life insurance</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>Moderately noisy pressroom environment.
