You will play a key role in onboarding customers, enabling them on core product capabilities, and helping them achieve their business goals through continued value realization.</p> <p>NOTE: This role requires the ability to be in Austin, TX - IBM office four days each week.</p> <p>Required education</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED</p> <p>Preferred education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Required technical and professional expertise</p> <ul> <li>Cross-Platform Knowledge - Experience working with iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS in an enterprise environment. </li><li>Technical Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving - Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, logs, and issue resolution processes. </li><li>Presentation & Communication Skills - Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and customer-facing presentations. </li><li>Sales & Customer Engagement Experience - Understanding of the sales cycle, ability to align technical solutions to business needs, and experience working with sales teams. </li><li>Adaptability & Critical Thinking - Ability to navigate unknown circumstances, quickly learn new technologies, and troubleshoot complex issues with limited information. </li><li>Collaboration & Teamwork - Ability to work closely with sellers, partners, and customers to drive successful engagements. </li><li>Self-Motivated & Continuous Learner - Willingness to stay up to date with industry trends, new features, and competitive solutions. </li></ul> <p>Preferred technical and professional experience</p> <ul> <li>Enterprise Application Experience - Understanding of enterprise applications and their integration with MDM solutions. </li><li>System Administration Background - Experience managing IT environments, including user access, policies, and security configurations. </li><li>Bilingual Communication - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, especially for supporting diverse customers and partners. </li><li>Ability to manage a high volume of customer engagements across a digital territory. </li><li>Experience or knowledge as a Client/Customer Account Manager- ability to build strong relationships, drive customer engagement and deliver ongoing value post-sale. </li></ul> <p>ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT</p> <p>IBM has a global presence, operating in more than 175 countries with a broad-based geographic distribution of revenue.
