We offer a full suite of financial products and serve more than 155,000 members in the greater Indianapolis area.</p> <p>As a Post Closing Specialist you are responsible for tracking and boarding all closed loan files including construction, modifications, home equity loans, and first mortgages.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Daily responsibilities consist of:</p> <ul> <li>Tracking the closed loan pipeline from closing to file room </li><li>Boarding loans onto the servicing system </li><li>Setting up addenda's for taxes and insurance </li><li>Tracking the input of government data into the mortgage system on closed, denied, or withdrawn loans </li><li>Posting funds received from the closing table and setting up ACH for individual loans </li><li>Registering mortgages with services such as MERS, tax service, and mortgage insurance </li><li>Updating and verifying government data for HMDA reporting </li><li>Assisting with file room and loan storage documentation and scanning documents </li><li>Coping homeowners insurance and PMI certificates, original NOTES, Mortgages/Second Mortgages, LPOAs, and Name Affidavits </li><li>Submitting Insurance certifications </li><li>Placing mortgage documents in review order </li><li>Submitting loans to Investors for Audit </li><li>Completing monthly Post Closing Audits </li></ul> <p>This job might be for you if:</p> <ul> <li>You are a problem solver, with attention to detail </li><li>You accept responsibility with a high level of ownership </li><li>You focus on the thoroughness and accuracy of work </li><li>You understand and anticipate the internal and external customer business needs and act accordingly </li><li>You are a team player, but can also work independently </li><li>You want career opportunity and growth </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>One to Three Years of Similar or Related Experience </li></ul> <p>Employee Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay </li><li>Student Loan Reimbursement </li><li>Tuition Assistance </li><li>Wellness Programs </li><li>Community Involvement and Paid Volunteer Time </li><li>Professional Development/Award Winning Training Program </li><li>401K with Match </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits Package </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off </li></ul> <p>Please note: A criminal background screen will be conducted upon hire.</p> <p>FORUM Credit Union values and celebrates diversity in the workplace.
