<p>Description</p> <p>5 Days Onsite from Riverside, RI</p> <p>Role is not relocation eligible.</p> <p>Operational role with IT asset management, logistics, process improvement and workflow.</p> <p>Education/ Experience:</p> <p>Minimum bachelor's degree - preferred. Specialization in Operations, IT Asset Management, Workflow, Process Improvement & ServiceNow is desirable. 5+ years' experience.</p> <p>Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Hardware Asset Module. </li><li>Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes. </li><li>Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping. </li><li>Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents. </li><li>Contributes to the development of detailed level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training use. </li><li>Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation. </li><li>Work with team members to understand the needs of the department. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral. </li></ul> <p>Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Track and manage all assets to ensure accurate assignment to users. </li><li>Verify approval for users with multiple devices assigned. reclaim any unapproved additional assets </li><li>Correct data discrepancies in the ServiceNow (SNOW), including user asset mapping errors and issues related to asset status changes such as mislabeling or lost/stolen assets. </li><li>Identify and document missing devices accurately while keeping system records up to date. </li><li>Assist in filling out detailed information regarding missing contract dates. </li><li>Ensure that asset statuses of terminated employees are accurately reflected in the system, preventing any assets from being marked as "in use" long after the employee's exit. </li><li>Update asset status promptly and correctly upon their return to the PC Depot to maintain accurate inventory records. </li><li>Work with ServiceNow team to import all new assets received. </li></ul> <p>Audit all stockroom locations on a quarterly basis</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate the current return process and identify bottlenecks. Implement automation where possible to streamline return </li></ul> <p>Pay Transparency</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $ 84,000 - $ 126,000 .per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
