The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features and ensure app quality through thorough testing and debugging.</p> <p>Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Android Developer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and the Android SDK.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and backend engineers to define, build, and deliver new features.</p> </li><li> <p>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to Android development best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality and stable app releases.</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and external SDKs to enhance application functionality.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and automation frameworks (such as Espresso, Python/NodeJS) to improve development efficiency.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</p> </li><li> <p>8-10 years of hands-on Android development experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio with a solid understanding of mobile development best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with mobile test automation frameworks (Espresso) and scripting languages such as Python or NodeJS.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
